Here's An Animal You Didn't Know Existed. The Colugo Looks Like A CGI Creation

There is a small mammal that lives in Southeast Asia and you've probably never seen or heard of it until now.

The Colugo, also called "flying lemurs", are not lemurs and do not fly -- but they do glide!

Their fur-covered membrane enables them to glide in the air for distances of up to 200 meters (660 ft) between trees.

Like bats and flying squirrels, colugos are nocturnal. Consequently, very little is known about their behavior.
