Easter Bunny Makes Appearance In NY Real Estate Listing

A real estate listing for a home in Rochester, NY, is going viral just in time for Easter.

The house was featured this week on Zillow Gone Wild, which has garnered more than a million views.

"You never know what’s going on inside a home, just in time for Easter edition," the post read.

Real estate agent Colleen Bracci said the property owners received 25 offers.

"It went for well, well over what it was listed for," more than $50,000 over the asking price, Bracci said.

And while the house has been spoken for, Bracci said she's pleased that the listing "brought a lot of attention to Rochester".
