A College In South Carolina Had A 'Terrifying' Visitor

A college in South Carolina has a new visitor and he's kind of creeping out the rest of the students.

Sorry, it's not the Abominable Snowmonster.

It's actually a baby Great Horned owl.

Trident Technical College (TTC) in Charleston posted photos of the owlet to social media and said it had fallen out of a tree.

"This is just terrifying," one user commented.

The bird was first spotted peering through a window of the school.

"The owlet had fallen out of a nest and ended up at the front door of Bldg. 920." the school said.

A staff member transported the owl to the Center for the Birds of Prey.

After a short stay at the Center for the Birds of Prey, the owlet was returned to its home and reunited with its family.

TTC posted a video of the owl shortly after, surveying his surroundings.
