His 102 year-old neighbor was admitted to the hospital with a stroke... and still remembered his 21st birthday.

To put this in perspective, she was born in 1912 and was 81 years old when he was born.

According to the birthday boy, this is the first time (he's known of) that she has been seriously ill.
