The Amazing Story Behind This Farmer Couple's Viral Dance Videos

Fan and Peng, from eastern China's Zhejiang, have gone viral for their dance videos.

The farmers post "shuffle dance" videos to social media -- and the reason why is going to melt your heart.

The husband, Fan, was traumatized and depressed following a severe car accident.

"I was so afraid to sleep alone. I was just scared," he told the South China Morning Post.

Peng was determined to pull him out of the darkness. To help him, she asked him to learn the basic moves of a shuffle dance. Then, whenever music came on, he had to drop whatever he was doing to dance with her.

It worked.
