This Dad Took Over His Daughter's Social Media For 2 Weeks As Punishment

December 10, 2019

A 15-year-old girl named Maddi got in trouble with her parents and was given a choice: no phone for a month or no phone for two weeks.

But if she chose the two week option, her father got full control of her social media during that time.

Since a month is just about a lifetime for a teenager to go without a phone, Maddi chose two weeks.

"She chose 2 weeks," her father wrote. "So be on the look out for some amazing instagram posts, snap chats and Tiktoks from her parents!"

Her dad got off to a strong start with his first post to her Instagram account.

Then he sang "Before the Devil Knows We're Dead" by Turnpike Troubadours.

The best part? In the two weeks her father took over, she gained more than 10,000 followers on Instagram alone.

Well, the two weeks ended and Maddi was given her phone back. But her father's posts will be missed.

Maddi went from 3,000 followers to 16,000 followers over the two-week period. Thanks dad!
