Thousands Of People Crowded The Streets During NYC's Blackout. Then The Music Began

A power shortage forced thousands of people into the streets of Manhattan early Saturday evening. There were mandatory building evacuations.
Then the music began.
The Millenial Choirs and Orchestra was scheduled to play at Carnegie Hall. They performed on the street instead.
As did many other Broadway shows scheduled for Saturday evening...
