To say Nick McGee got excited about the win may be an understatement.
When he heard his name announced, he raised his hands in victory, and then ran to the bleachers to lead his fellow students in an "I believe that we will win" chant. The crowd went wild, chanting back. Jumping up and down, Nick then runs to get his crown, hugs his friend and newly crowned queen Lily Bowman.
The incredible moment was all captured on film by Nick's sister, Kim.
Senior Taylor Dunn was Nick's date on the Homecoming court and standing next to him when his name was called. She told CBS Philly:
"It was probably the best moment of my entire time at CB South. I couldn't contain any emotions. It was amazing."
