A Navy Officer's Retirement Ceremony Was Cancelled, So His Wife Organized A Parade

After 31 years of honorable service in the US military, Navy Command Master Chief Gregory Williams was not able to have a proper retirement ceremony due to the coronavirus pandemic.

So, his wife Cynthia jumped into action and brought together the neighborhood, friends, family and fellow service members for a special retirement parade that brought Williams to tears.
