Caseworker Surprises Girl In Foster Care With A Plane Ticket To Her Grandparents

It was this girl's birthday when her caseworker surprised her at school. She entered a room holding birthday balloons in her hand and was handed an envelope.

When she opened the envelope, she found a plane ticket to go to her grandparents.
