A Youtuber whor reviews technology created an off-road wheelchair for his girlfriend a year ago. Now he's mass producing them at an affordable cost.
"Our whole goal was to make an afforable, and capable, off-road wheelchair and mass produce them," he said. "We call it 'The Rig'."
