Social media has lit up with memories and tributes to Hawaiian musician Willie K who died at his home in Maui after a two-year battle with cancer. He was 59.

Willie K was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Hawaii Academy of Recording Arts in 2018.

Here he is performing a beautiful version of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" at the 47th Annual Ukulele Festival in Hawaii.
