A 38-year-old mother in Missouri is inspiring millions of people on social media by doing a move she was afraid to do when she was a teenager.

Nicole Clemens posted the video to Twitter despite fears of being "fat shamed on the internet" because she's so "freaking proud of myself".

We're proud of you, too, Nicole.
