Precious Little Girl With Dwarfism Is Determined To Walk

This is Grace Anna, one of the sweetest little girls on the internet. She has Conradi Hunermann syndrome, a rare form of dwarfism.

She loves to sing and has a Facebook page called "Grace Anna Sings" with over 1 million followers.

In this new video, she shows us all what determination is.
