The Story Of Julius - Rescuing A Sick Street Cat

May 10, 2019

"It seemed like he was asking for help but still wanted to keep his distance."

This is the touching story of Julius, a stray cat that was rescued and nursed back to health so he could find a forever home.

Julius was rescued by Will Zweigart, the founder of Flatbush Cats in Brooklyn, NY. Zweigart and his wife care for stray cats and foster the ones that need medical attention.

"Every cat has much to teach us - and Julius is a great example of why you often need TNR (trap, neuter, return) skills to rescue sick cats, even if they may be friendly," Zweigart wrote on Instagram. "This is such a beautiful story and I'm so excited to finally share it with you!"
