This is a live performance by the Georgian folk band 33a. The band was founded in 1994 in Tbilisi and consists of four members, Niaz Diasamidze, Spartak Kacharava, Achiko Tsimakuridze and Ramaz Khatiashvili.

The song is called "Meskhuri" and it's absolutely beautiful.
