Artist Gives Mentally Challenged Teens 'Badass' Temporary Tattoos To Boost Their Confidence

New Zealand artist Benjamin Lloyd gave free temporary tattoos to mentally challenged teens to make them feel like tough guys.

"Nothing brings me more joy than boosting kids confidence with a custom tattoo," Lloyd said.
