Captain Chaos Causes Huge Traffic Jam On The Highway As People Try To Catch Him

A dog running loose on I-17 in North Phoenix caused a major traffic jam Wednesday afternoon. The dog was eventually caught and taken to a local shelter where the dog will remain for 10 days before going up for adoption.

The amount of caring people who got out of their cars to try and catch the dog is wonderful to see.
