Faith Hill just posted a video on Instagram of a moving rendition of "Mississippi Girl" with her biggest fan, a Mississippi girl named Rosie.

After Rosie sent Hill a video of herself singing one of her chart-topping hits, the young fan and her family met Hill and her husband Tim McGraw backstage.
