Using Tilt Shift At A Carnival In Rio Makes It Look Like A Scene From Gulliver's Travels

Tilt Shift is the art of creating shallow depth-of-field pictures, either from digital manipulation, or analogue techniques. The technique was used for this video production of the Carnaval party in Rio de Janeiro. The result looks like something out of Gulliver's Travels.
