Tony Romo just gave one of the best speeches I've ever heard.
Romo lost his job as the Dallas Cowboys starting quarterback thanks to the rise of rookie star Dak Prescott, who has led the Cowboys to an 8-1 record in Romo's absence due to injury.
At a press conference, the 36-year-old gave a lesson in humility, sportsmanship and teamwork that every kid who plays sports should watch:
