7-Year-Old Girl Proves Down Syndrome Is 'Exciting' In Home Video

October 21, 2016

7-year-old Sofia Sanchez has Down Syndrome. She was abandoned at birth and spent the first 14 months of her life in an orphanage in a very small town in Ukraine. Her forever parents, Jennifer and Hector Sanchez, found her on an adoption ministry website and adopted her in the Spring of 2010.

In this video, Jennifer asks her daughter a few questions about having Down Syndrome, and Sofia’s answers are wonderful in response.

Sofia has a bit more to share about Down syndrome for this wonderful month of awareness! #dsawareness #changingthefaceofbeauty #itsnotscaryatall
