Man Sees A Picture Of His Mother For The First Time In 70 Years

His mother passed away in 1943 when he was just 13 years old. His granddaughter, Andrea Ferrell, tracked down the picture of his mom and gave it to him as a gift. This is the first time he's seen her in 70 years.
