Chris Stapleton Releases A Powerful And Heart-Wrenching Music Video About Mental Illness
March 3, 2016
Country music star Chris Stapleton has teamed up with ChangeDirection.org and released a heart-wrenching and powerful music video to raise awareness about mental illness. Too often someone we know is suffering, but we just don't know the signs until it's too late.
Chris chose to set his first-ever music video to his haunting song "Fire Away," which he says is about loving someone through the worst of times. The video shares the story of a devoted husband who tries desperately to save his young wife from her unbearable emotional pain.
His goal is to change the culture of mental health in America. I'm not sure how you'll do, but I had a hard time fighting back the tears.
