A 4 Year-Old Girl Sings A Special Song To Her Mom Who's Battling Cancer
October 15, 2015
Four year-old McKenna sings Martina McBride's "I'm Gonna Love You Through It" to her mother, in hopes that it will inspire her mom as she fights her Hodgkin's Lymphoma diagnosis.
McKenna's grandmother, Dee Silvernail, wrote on Facebook:
"I am the mother and grandmother of these precious girls. I have not seen a smile on my daughter's face in almost two years. She was diagnosed with Stage 4s Hodgkin Lymphoma "specialty" a very rare form on Christmas Eve 2013. McKenna sings this song to her Mommy EVERYDAY! She is the main reason she fights to live and beat this battle."
