Blake Shelton made a surprise appearance at his wife's concert in Oklahoma City to sing "God Gave Me You" with her by his side. Before they start, he tells the audience he wanted to do this song with her tonight because Miranda is the reason he recorded it.

At the end of the song, Miranda is seen telling her husband "I love you" in front of a cheering crowd.
