Stranger Saves Paralyzed Dog Found Trapped in a Ravine after Fireworks Scared Him

A dog disappeared after Fourth of July fireworks spooked him, and there was almost no chance he could make it home on his own.

That's when Amelia Breitenbach with Pittsburgh Drone Pet Search and Rescue was called in.
