This Human Chain Rescue Was Immortalized

In 2016, a stray dog fell into a rushing Sayran reservoir in Kazakhstan and was at risk of being carried away by the current.

Passersby quickly formed a human chain, linking arms to pull the dog to safety in a moment caught on video.
