Kierra Irvine shared a video of her children playing by the water during a recent family outing. The date was significant: they were visiting on what Kierra calls “Evanna’s Angelversary,” marking five years since the passing of their oldest daughter.

As the kids played near the lake, something unexpected happened. A deer quietly appeared out of nowhere and walked slowly toward the shoreline — right beside her children. The animal didn’t startle or rush past. It simply stood near them, peaceful and calm, as if it belonged there.

Kierra wrote that the moment felt almost unreal.

“A bit of a surreal moment that felt both magical and quite special — that honestly caused me to feel a hundred different emotions at once,” she explained.

She went on to share how much her daughter’s legacy has shaped her life, especially in recent months.

“September 7th marked five years since the passing of our oldest, and I can’t help but get emotional thinking about the time and love I’ve been pouring into her legacy as of late. There’s been such a momentum that’s been building in recent months, that it’s even been changing the course and trajectory of my own life.”

For Kierra, the gentle presence of the deer felt comforting — like a perfectly timed reminder that her daughter is still close.

And viewers watching the video agree. Many commented that it felt like a hello from Heaven.
