Crowd Cheers On Sea Turtle’s Triumphant Return To The Ocean After Boat Strike

A huge crowd gathered at Juno Beach in joyful celebration as a magnificent Loggerhead sea turtle made her triumphant return to the sea after two months of dedicated rehabilitation.

This incredible turtle, weighing a whopping 305 pounds, had been rescued after a severe boat strike injury. Even more amazing — she was full of eggs, carrying the promise of new life beneath her shell.

Here’s to many safe journeys ahead for this remarkable sea turtle and her future hatchlings!
