3-Year-Old Boy Chooses To Celebrate His Birthday With The Garbage Collectors

While most 3-year-olds dream of birthday parties filled with balloons, cake, and superheroes, little Davi had a very different idea for his special day — he wanted to celebrate with the garbage collectors.

Davi’s mom shared a heartwarming message about her son's unique birthday wish, writing (translated to English):

“Today is my prince's birthday and breakfast was different. He loves the day the garbage truck passes by, and today couldn't be different, just with a simple gesture and a special breakfast. It's his birthday, but the gift is ours. A profession that many don't value, but here their affection for Davi is special”

The morning celebration included a sweet breakfast shared with the sanitation workers who Davi waits excitedly to see every week. When the truck finally arrived, he was so overwhelmed with emotion and joy that he became bashful — but the smile on his face said it all.

His mom added, “He was excited waiting, that when he arrived he was emotional and embarrassed, but our intention was worth it.”
