Police Rescue Crying Baby Deer Tangled In Soccer Net

A dramatic and heartwarming rescue unfolded in Westlake, Ohio, when police officers came to the aid of a tiny fawn trapped in a backyard soccer net.
The Westlake Police Department received a call from a concerned resident who discovered the baby deer tangled in the netting. Neighbors had tried to help, but the mother deer stood close by, too protective to let anyone near her baby.
Officers responded and gently freed the crying fawn while Mama Deer watched anxiously nearby.
