In a touching farewell that’s captured the hearts of millions, a cowboy’s last wish was fulfilled in the most poetic way. Bob Sr., who co-founded Bobby's Ranch in Westford, MA, with his son in the early 1970s, had one final request—to take one last ride on his favorite horse.
His ashes were lovingly placed on the saddle for what he called his "Last Ride." As the horse galloped across the open land, viewers couldn’t help but feel the emotion.
