A Sheriff, A 'Cow', And A Dog Walk Into A Truck… And Go Viral With 'Moove Over' Song
April 11, 2025
This is udderly ridiculous.
Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey has folks laughing—and learning—with his hilarious new music video promoting Florida’s Move Over Law. The video features Sheriff Ivey strumming a guitar in the back of a pickup truck, a man in a cow costume playing the fiddle while perched on a bale of hay, and a bloodhound who's just happy to be involved.
The song is a parody of Hank Williams’ classic “Move It On Over,” turning it into a public safety anthem called “Moove Over.”
The video has gone viral, with locals loving the quirky combo of humor, heart, and country twang.
“The BEST SHERIFF in the country!! No doubt,” one person raved on Facebook.
“You know the star of this video is the dog right? 🤪 Best sheriff in Florida,” another chimed in.
