An elementary school teacher shared her hilarious story on TikTok about how she spent hours crafting the perfect costume for World Book Day only to show up and realize no one else was dressed up.
Usually, both teachers and students get into the spirit by dressing as their favorite book characters, but when Abbie arrived at school, she noticed the receptionist wasn’t in costume… and neither was the first teacher she saw.
"So I get to school this morning and through the window I see the receptionist and I think 'aw that's a shame she's not dressed up'," Abbie shares in her video.
