Senior Dog Tries To Find His Way Home After Being Abandoned

A rescue organization recently received a tip about a senior dog wandering alone in a field. Heartbreakingly, they suspect the dog had been abandoned and was trying to find his way back home, only to be overwhelmed by exhaustion.
