Rare Fried Egg Jellyfish Spotted Off Spanish Coast - You Have To See This Ocean Wonder!
November 1, 2024
The ocean is full of wonders, and the latest marvel caught on film is a stunning Phacellophora camtschatica, also known as the fried egg jellyfish.

Spotted drifting off the coast of Spain, this rare jellyfish gets its name from its distinctive look—a large, yellow “yolk” surrounded by a translucent white “egg white.”
Unlike other giant jellyfish, its sting is very mild, making it safe for small fish that often find shelter beneath its bell.
