A hilarious and heartwarming video has gone viral, showing a concerned neighbor's misunderstanding of a routine run.

Anna Grace Boswell, a self-proclaimed newbie to the world of running, was simply training for a half marathon when her neighbor, Stanley, spotted her running from her house. Worried for her safety, Stanley called out, "Are you okay? Everything okay?" To which Anna replied, "I’m just going for a run."

The internet found the moment both sweet and funny, with one commenter saying, "He’s like, 'should I be running??' 😂" Another joked, "He said 'her?? Exercising??? No, she must be in danger' 🤣🤣🤣 he’s so sweet tho." Anna herself got a laugh out of it, captioning her video, "Protect my neighbor at all costs."
