Concerts are often filled with magical moments, but for 19-year-old Megan Pederson, a recent Zac Bryan concert became a beacon of hope in her ongoing battle with two rare syndromes, SMAS and MALS.

For the past four years, Megan has been struggling with these debilitating conditions that prevent her body from absorbing nutrition.

Despite undergoing multiple surgeries in 2021, including procedures for SMAS in April and MALS in November, the results were short-lived. Megan now faces the harsh reality of being unable to get nutrition through any means, even feeding tubes and TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition), which is often considered a last resort.

After an electrifying performance, Zac Bryan decided to make Megan's day in an unforgettable way.
