Woman Can't Stop Laughing At Cab Driver's Antics In Kelowna

A woman could not stop laughing when she encountered a rickshaw driver in downtown Kelowna.
"When we couldn't find a cab, this guy appeared out of nowhere," she said.
The driver, Daniel Power, is well-known in the area for offering rides to passengers in this unique way.
