Dazzling The World: University Of Minnesota Dance Team's Performance To Aerosmith Goes Viral

January 17, 2024

In the world of collegiate dance, precision meets passion, and the University of Minnesota Dance Team recently took this fusion to new heights at the UDA College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championships in Orlando, Fla.

Last weekend, not only did the Gophers' dance team impress the judges with their synchronized jazz routine set to the iconic Aerosmith anthem "Dream On," but they also captivated the hearts of viewers worldwide.

The seamless coordination of the entire team has left a lasting impression on viewers.

"To get 20 people to be in sync at the same time, to not only turn but then flip out of the turn and continue rotating at the perfect time and keeping your legs in line and your center in check — it took a lot of practice and a lot to get clean," said dance team member Kally Hilton.
