A little boy in Thousand Oaks, California, met his baby sister for the first time - but he was very confused.

In a video posted to social media, the brother can be seen holding his newborn sister who is snugly wrapped in a swaddle. He continues to analyze her for a few seconds and then says, "She doesn't have any arms".
