Firefighters Carry Paralyzed Woman Up 13 Flights After Elevator Breaks

She is paralyzed from the waist down and uses a wheelchair to get around.
So, these Fort Lauderdale firefighters carried her and her wheelchair up 13 flights to her apartment.
