Two friends were driving home when they noticed a kangaroo hanging from a fence. They thought it was dead.
After getting closer they realized it was alive and decided to try and free it.
"He must've been stuck there for some time. He was pretty distressed and thirsty. We left still pretty dazed.. hoping he recovers," the rescuer said.
