Dog Escapes Yard, Shows Up To Doggy Day Care On Her Own

The Happy Tails Pet Resort & Spa in Winnipeg shared security footage of a client arriving early in the morning -- without her owners.

"Marty at St Anne's had an interesting start to his day," the doggy day care wrote in a Facebook post. "He noticed a dog poke its nose through our front gate and waited for them to enter (with a human). To Marty's surprise.. this dog was actually alone and happened to be one of our regular daycare pups."

It turns out the dog escaped from her yard and walked to the daycare on her own. Since she is a frequent visitor of the resort, they were easily able to contact her owners.

Marty said the owners "decided to leave her for the day, since clearly that's how she wanted to spend her Saturday."
