October 1, 2021

A park ranger in Hartford, CT, noticed a boy standing on a bridge and saved his life.

Officer Richard posted a TikTok video to explain what happened and how it also affected his life.

"I had to hold onto him for 5 to 10 minutes," he says, "and all we did, the two of us, was cry."

Richard says the boy is a high school student and is safe.
