The Ohio twins who stole all of our hearts when they were born holding hands have finally gone home after a month in the hospital.

Newborn twins Jenna and Jillian Thistlethwaite faced a rare and dangerous health condition. The "mono mono" twins shared an amniotic sac and placenta in the womb.
