While on patrol, the officer noticed an elderly resident struggling to shovel snow from her steps and sidewalk. Concerned for her safety, he immediately stepped in. Without hesitation, he grabbed a shovel and cleared the entire walkway, ensuring the path was safe and accessible.
The grateful resident was deeply moved by the unexpected kindness.
