Finding Nemo: Missing Dog Found On Mountain, Lured In By McDonald's McChicken

The Morrison family from Cape Breton Island, Canada, experienced their very own version of Finding Nemo this holiday season. Four weeks ago, their beloved dog, Nemo, disappeared without a trace, leaving the family heartbroken and clinging to hope.

But just in time for Christmas, their story took a miraculous turn.

“A month to the day after he disappeared, we got a call from a family in Englishtown that saw Nemo running around by the ferry,” Dawn Morrison told Global News.

The kind-hearted strangers were determined to help and cleverly lured Nemo into their car using a McDonald’s McChicken sandwich. They kept him safe and contacted the Morrisons, who rushed to Englishtown to bring their furry family member home.

The Morrison family adopted Nemo two years ago. The dog plays a crucial support role in the lives of their two children.

Dawn Morrison expressed her gratitude to the family who helped bring him home, adding that Nemo is now back where he belongs and will be spoiled with plenty of gifts and treats this holiday season.
