Heart-Stopping Footage: CHP Helicopter Rescues Man Dangling From Cliff

Today's good news story comes from San Francisco, California.
In a heart-pounding rescue on Sunday, a man was saved from the edge of a cliff near San Francisco’s iconic Baker Beach.
Dangling precariously over the edge, the man’s situation seemed dire until a California Highway Patrol (CHP) rescue helicopter crew arrived to perform a daring hoist operation.

The dramatic rescue, captured on video from the helicopter, shows the skill and bravery of the CHP crew as they lifted the man to safety from the dangerous terrain. Once safely aboard, the helicopter transported him to the beach below, where San Francisco Fire Department personnel evaluated him for injuries.
The department reported that the man was unharmed and declined medical attention.
